All prospective players should download this packet - it is a guide for off-season workouts to prepare as much as possible for our 2018 pre-season/season.
While these workouts are not mandatory, and will not be monitored by coaches, girls who put in the hard work in the off-season will see the results come August!
Let’s ALLput in the extra effort to make our program better!

Summer workout sessions will be conducted from the beginning of July through the start of pre-season. These workouts are OPTIONAL (but highly recommended) to help our players get some extra work in to prepare for August.
We will be working with Ronny and First Step Athletics of NJ (FSANJ) to help our girls do the following:
- get more touches on the ball
- improve their SPARQ skills (speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness)
- improve Game IQ/Awareness
- work together with other girls in our program to build positive relationships going into the season.
More information will be provided at our program-wide meeting on May 22, 2018 at 3:15 pm in the LOWER GYM.
